Are all apartments two bedrooms?
Yes. All apartments at Georgetown Manor are two-bedroom homes, with a primary bedroom that includes a walk-in closet and a secondary bedroom with a standard closet.

Yes. All apartments include a full-sized washer and dryer.

Yes, you get two FREE parking spaces in the paved private lot behind the apt building.
Do apartments have private entrances?
Some apartments include private outdoor entrances, while others are accessed through shared lobbies. Entry style varies by building. Lobby entrances are locked and accessible only to residents, not the public.
Are pets allowed?
Yes – two pets maximum per apartment. A $30 monthly pet fee and a one-time, non-refundable $200 pet fee apply. Dogs must be under 40 lbs, and certain breeds are restricted.
Do the apartments have outdoor spaces?
Yes. There are shared green spaces throughout the community, and many apartments include a private patio or balcony. The South Williamsport Borough Community Park and the Susquehanna River Walk Trail are just a short walk away.
Is smoking allowed?
No. All Georgetown Manor apartments are smoke-free and the entire property is a smoke-free property.
Are utilities included in rent?
For the convenience of our residents, we bundle water, sewer, trash, common area cleaning, lawn care and snow removal in a $100 monthly utility fee. Electric, cable, and internet are paid by the resident directly to the provider.
What type of heating and cooling is provided?
All apartments are heated with electric baseboard heat. Each room in the apartment has its own thermostat, allowing residents to control the temperature of each room individually. Built-in air conditioning units are included in both the living room and primary bedroom of every apartment.
Who handles maintenance and upkeep?
Our full-time maintenance team takes care of all building and grounds maintenance, snow removal, and professional lawn care – so you can enjoy hassle-free living.
What are the lease terms?
Standard 12-month lease.
What are the application requirements?
All applicants must:
Be 18 years or older
Complete a rental application
Agree to a credit and criminal background check
Each person over 18 must submit a separate application
Pay a $25 application fee per adult applicant
Applicants must also meet the following criteria:
Minimum 700 credit score
Acceptable debt-to-income ratio
No prior evictions or relevant criminal history
